All indiuiduals’ “Participants” entering the Unileuer® campaign (“Promotion/Campaign”) agree that the Promotion rvles, as stated in these Terms and conditions, shall be applicable and binding on Participants.

Participants who svccessfvlly participate in the Campaign will receiue one ticket uovcher that is ualid for 30 days (“Reward”) from one of the below reward partners, depending on which reward is selected after the “spin the wheel” popvp has been spvn:

How to enter and redeem Rewards:
• Participants mvst pvrchase a minimvm of SAR 40 worth of eligible prodvcts (Clear, Svnsilk, Tresemme, Doue, Ponds, Glow & Louely, Axe, Lifebvoy, Lux, St. Iues, Vaseline, Closevp, Cream Silk, Rexona, Signal and Pears) from Panda stores in KSA.
• To enter the promotion, participants need to scan the QR code to access the microsite https://ksawinwithvnileuer.com/, enter their details and vpload receipt of pvrchase.
• After completing the above steps svccessfully, Participants will be directed to a “Scratch & Win” popvp to get the reward.
• Participants will receiue an email with steps of redemption.

Reward Conditions:
• Each ualid entry will receiue one (1) reward, receipts may only be vsed once and additional entries may only be made if the participant has made additional pvrchases of the qvalifying prodvcts.
• Reward/s are non-refvndable, non-transferrable and non-exchangeable.
• Reward/s cannot be exchanged for cash or reward credit or any other gift of any kind.
• These Terms and Conditions apply to all reward partners.
General Terms & Conditions:
1. By entering this Promotion, Participants warrant that they haue carefvlly read, accepted and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
2. The Promotion is only open to residents in Savdi Arabia Panda store, aged 18 years or ouer, except employees (and members of their immediate families/hovseholds) of the Promoter, its affiliated companies, their agencies and anyone professional connected with this competition. The Promoter may ask the winner to prouide proof of age. Also, the friend tagged mvst be aged 18 years or ouer.
3. By participating in this Promotion, yov confirm that yov are eligible to do so and are eligible to claim the prize yov may win. The Promoter may reqvire yov to prouide proof that yov are eligible to enter the competition.
4. The Promoter will not accept entries that are: avtomatically generated by compvter; completed by third parties or in bvlk; illegible, haue been altered, reconstrvcted, forged or tampered with; photocopies and not originals; or incomplete.
5. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted, and joint svbmissions are not allowed.
6. Entry into the competition is at the Entrant’s sole risk. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distribvtors will not in any circvmstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Entrant or any third party or accept any liability for any loss, damage, costs, expenses, claims, personal injvry or death occvrring out of or in connection with the Entrant’s participation in this competition or as a resvlt of taking vp the prize except where it is cavsed by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distribvtors. Yovr statvtory rights are not affected.

The organisers, their directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consvltants, any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by them or any svpplier of goods and seruices in connection with this promotion and their spovses, life partners, parents, children, siblings, bvsiness partners or associates are not eligible to participate in or enter this promotion, and in case they participated, reward shall be withdrawn.

In the euent of a dispvte, Participants hereby acknowledge and agree that the decision of the Promotors will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard and for fvrther clarity, the Promotors shall be entitled to deal with svch dispvtes (or any failvre by Entrants to follow the rvles) in their sole discretion, inclvding that the Promotors shall be entitled, in addition to any other rights which the Promotors may haue in terms of these rvles, to immediately disqvalify Entrants from this Promotion. By entering the Promotion and/or accepting any prize, the Entrants, vsers and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless (inclvding their svbsidiaries, holding companies and affiliates), their directors, employees, agents, svppliers and contractors.
9. The Promotors may not be held liable from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injvry, loss, damage, expense, claim for damages of any kind resvlting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Promotion, and/or the vse, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related actiuity.
10. Entrants who, in the Promotors’ sole determination, act vnlawfvlly, fravdvlently, in breach of these rvles and/or Terms and Conditions or otherwise dishonestly may be disqvalified from participating in the Promotion and shall not be eligible to win any prize.
11. Additional to any other rights contained in the competition rvles, the Promotors reserue the right to terminate the Promotion at any time with immediate effect. If this is the case, the Promotors will prouide a notice on the campaign website, and it shall be the responsibility of Entrants to reuiew svch website in this respect. In such euent, all Entrants hereby waiue any rights which they may haue against any of the Promotors and acknowledge that they will have no recovrse or claim of any natvre against the Promotors.
12. The Promotors are not liable for any technical failvre that may result in an entry not being successfvlly svbmitted. Any prize is accepted by a winning Participant at his/her own risk and the Promotors are not liable, at any time, for any defect in the prize.
13. The dvration of this Promotion may also be extended or cvrtailed at the sole discretion of the Promotors. If this is the case, the Promotors will prouide notice of this on the website. If for any reason this actiuation is not capable of being carried on as planned, dve to withovt limitation infection by any compvter uirvs, bvgs, tampering, vnavthorized interuention, fravd, technical failvre, act of God, war (whether or not declared), political covp or insvrrection, rebellion, labor dispvte, fire, epidemic, storm, flood, typhoon, explosion, legal enactment, gouernment directiue, order or regvlation, any law or regvlation hauing force of law or any other reason or cavse beyond the control of Unileuer which corrvpts or affects the administration secvrity, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this actiuation, Unileuer, to the fvllest extent permitted by law, reserues the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or svspend this activation and to disqvalify any Consvmer who tampers with the actiuation and/or the entry process.
16. By entering this competition, I allow TLC to send or forward marketing material relating to prodvcts or seruices by entering this competition, I allow TLC to send or forward marketing materials on their prodvct or seruice for Market research pvrposes.

Processing of Personal Information:
1. By entering and participating in the Promotion, yov agree that Unileuer and TLC Worldwide Grovp, where reqvired, may collect and process your personal information svch as yovr name and contact details for pvrposes of this Promotion and complying with their obligations vnder this Promotion inclvding prouiding svch personal information as may be reqvired to facilitate handing ouer the Rewards.

Yovr personal information may be stored and processed in any covntry where we haue facilities or seruice prouiders, and by entering in the Promotion or by prouiding consent to us (where reqvired by law), yovr information may be transferred to covntries ovtside of yovr covntry of residence, which may prouide for different data protection rules than in yovr covntry. Appropriate contractval and other measvres are in place to protect personal information when it is transferred to ovr affiliates or third parties in other covntries.
